Feng Shou Ch’uan Shu

The Li Family system of Chinese boxing is called Feng Shou. It is an internal martial art, as we use relaxation and gentleness to generate movement, which enables the practitioner to redirect their opponents strength to work against them.
Chi Shu
The throwing art of the Li Family is called Chi Shu, which means energy or breath art.
Weapons
There are also a number of weapons used by the Li Family system, including the broad sword, the T’ai Chi sword, the stick, double stick, silk, the fan and more — each with their own form and discipline.
Terminology
Ch’uan — fist.
Shu — art.
Feng Shou — Hand of the Wind.
Chi Shu — Breath Art or Energy Art.
Kung Fu — or gung fu is a generic Western description for any of a number of Chinese martial arts. Its literal translation from Mandarin is work plus labourer.
